The Fremantle Hospital Ladies Auxiliary Inc., commonly referred to as "The Ladies Auxiliary", is a registered charity that was established in 1925.
The Auxiliary volunteers operate Fremantle Hospitals kiosk, which provides a range of fresh sandwiches, rolls, salads, hot foods, snacks and beverages, and includes a large sit down area with views to the ocean.
For your convenience, EFTPOS and free WIFI is provided with a purchase.
The Auxilary also provides a ward trolley service, equipped with mobile EFTPOS, on Monday and Thursday.
Profits generated by kiosk sales are used towards providing equipment and resources that supports care to consumers of Fremantle Hospital.
The Auxiliary is well managed and governed by an elected Committee, a full time paid Manager and a part time paid Finance Officer.
Full external audits are conducted annually and the Auxiliary also reports annually to the Australian Charities and Not-For-Profit Commission and the Western Australian Dept.
of Commerce.
